If the tilt alarm goes off, you shouldn’t be able to raise the boom any higher. Lower to the ground and either move to more level ground or level the EWP using the outriggers. Don’t tamper or disable safety devices like the tilt alarm. Otherwise the EWP will think it is level and allow you to raise it on a dangerous angle.
