A deposit may be required at the booking stage.
FLTS reserves the right to not refund all or part of the booking deposit if training is cancelled within 5 working days.
The booking deposit will be non-refundable if training is cancelled on the day.
All outstanding balances are payable within 14 days of completion of training and assessment unless a prior arrangement is in place.
Prices quotes for group training are based on having all the trainees together at one time unless prior arrangements have been made.
All quotes are only valid for 30 days from date of quotation.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age for WorkCover High Risk Work Licensing.
Applicants must complete all High Risk Work Licenses in English without assistance except in the case of a verbal assessment where the assessor will record their oral answers.
No interpreter can be used for the assessment.
For WorkCover Licensing, a re-assessment fee will apply to all applicants who are found Not Yet Competent on their first assessment for WorkCover High Risk Work Licensing.
For WorkCover Licensing, an additional training fee may be required for those not ready for assessment after the second day of training if the Trainer believes this is due to the a lack of effort on the Trainees part.
